Resolutions For Your Mind & Soul

During the weeks following Holiday festivities, we seem to be hit with panic.  Did I just waste the last year? What did I accomplish? Why did I not reinvent myself? My body is not where I wanted it to be at. Disappointment ensues when expectations from our New Year resolutions are not met. But maybe the real problem begins with our resolutions. Instead of resolutions that target our bodies in a critical way, lets target our minds and souls. I hate my..

Another New Year has arrived, and that beginning often comes with guilt. Feelings of guilt begin to creep in about not changing the things we previously decided we wanted to change, one example is our bodies.  A new January can make us feel bad about the promises we did not keep for ourselves from the year before. Broken resolutions. Mislaid plans, and of course forgotten diets. As women we are particularly critical of ourselves. The difference a touch of make-up can make...

Now, I don't want to say that everyone "needs" make-up or that make-up ought to be considered a requirement at all times, but it sure can make a difference. This morning I came in make-up-free, planning to record a short video for Facebook of my daily application regime, using the Pure Anada products that we carry here at 30 Church Women's Clothing.
