With the New Year approaching, make sure you take a little time to reflect on the previous year. What did you enjoy doing? Who did you enjoy spending time with? What would you like to introduce into your life? Be your best self, and live your best life.
Stand together and help each other. Offer support and notice the little things that might brighten someones day. We can all benefit from someone doing something nice for us, and doing something nice for someone else.
If you see someone struggling, help them. Build someone up who is feeling down. Encourage others. Encourage yourself. Be kind.
Avoid gossip. Reminding others to be kind is also a reminder to yourself. We can get caught up in the day to day stresses of life and transfer our stress to others. Take a step back and breathe.
